GiNiT Sage & Onion Stuffing
GiNiT Sage & Onion Stuffing can be used to stuff vegetables, poultry, beef, pork or venison.
Ingredients
- 85 g fresh fine breadcrumbs – GF or regular bread
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- ½ Tbsp GiNiT Sage
- 1 small egg beaten
- 10 ml Olive Oil
Instructions
- Combine the crumbs, onion and GiNiT Sage together in a small mixing bowl. Add beaten egg and olive oil. Mix well to combine all ingredients. If mixture seem too dry, add a touch more olive oil.
Notes
The amount of stuffing can be increased to suit your requirements. This mixture was sufficient to stuff two x 150g rolled tenderised chicken breasts / tenderised pork steaks / tenderised beef steaks.
